“Haslab Frozen Empire Proton Pack Side Door Upgrade STL file”
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Right Coast Creative ("Seller") and the user ("User") who purchases and downloads a digital STL file ("File") from Right Coast Creative. By downloading and using the File, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
1. LICENSE GRANT:
Right Coast Creative grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the File for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES:
The User agrees not to sell, duplicate, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the File or any works created from the File without the explicit written consent of Right Coast Creative.
3. OWNERSHIP:
Right Coast Creative retains all rights, ownership, and intellectual property rights to the File. The User acknowledges that the File is protected by copyright and other laws.
4. RESPONSIBILITY:
The User assumes all responsibility for the use of the File and any works derived from it. Right Coast Creative shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the File.
5. UPDATES:
Right Coast Creative may, at its sole discretion, provide updates or modifications to the File. The User is encouraged to check for updates regularly.
6. TERMINATION:
Right Coast Creative reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if the User fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the File and destroy any copies in their possession.
7. GOVERNING LAW:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Right Coast Creative operates.
8. AMENDMENTS:
Right Coast Creative reserves the right to modify, update, or change the terms of this Agreement at any time. The User will be notified of any such changes, and continued use of the File constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. ACCEPTANCE:
By downloading the File, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
